And why would you want Seymour? He obviously doesn't want to play on your team so why not hope for him to fail and at least you get potential back in a first round pick.

 

the raiders aren't getting their pick back and this wont blow up in the pats face. goodell will not allow a player to dictate a situation like this, it sets a terrible precedent for future trades in the nfl. Seymour will have to report or sit out the season in which case he would lose his free agent status next year
