wow what a freaking game, Ben had 2 ints but he played lights out. I ain't mad at Hines Ward, he has won us more games then he could ever lose us. HUGE GAME BY HOLMES. What a game winning grab by the rookie Mike Wallace. J-Reed is clutch. Where the heck was sweed. Run blocking horrible, passblocking in 4th quarter and overtime was freaking dominant. 1-0 BABY, barely.
Difficult to see the other primetime games being as close, maybe bears v packers, but hopefully they can match this one in other ways.
Oh yea, and Troy was playing out of his mind before the freaking injury, please don't be too serious!
I only recall seeing Sweed a couple times. One time when Holmes went to the sideline limping... Holmes and Miller...HUGE games... The run game is crap...it was productive when Moore was in there but Parker and lol...Mendenhall...puh-leeze...awful. :ranting:
that game got much more interesting when the Bears got Cutler. I think it could be a good one. Surely it will have more scoring.
Helluva game tonight.....too bad the Steelers won it but good way to kickoff the NFL season nonetheless.
The only bad part about playing Thursday night? Now I have to wait 10 days for the next Titans game....
Yeah that does suck Steve, especially when you are waiting for your first win. How many days do you think Chiefs fans will have to wait for their first win? I hope we beat the Ravens, but doubt it. Hopefully we can stomp the crap out of the Raiders though!
Even though the Titans lost tonight....I have to say I was impressed with how they battled. It's just too bad that this game came down to a couple of plays that came back to haunt us. I do hope Polamalu is ok though....that would be a huge loss for that defense.
