harrison drove him into the ground by the upper legs, and it had to be done...those TEs were fighting for first downs way to much.

finnegan had a few unnecessary suplex tackles too, they arent cheap, just kinda vicious looking

 

if he tackled above the knee caps... then its alright but if the shoulder hits knee caps or lower then its dirty

 

I don't think he meant it, but he pretty much hit him right above the knee.

 

lmao acting like this is the guideline for all players to follow.

 

what about shoe string tackles? are they dirty? the ankles are below the knee caps....maybe they should run fast and grab them by the waste instead of trying to trip them up.

It did look to me like Harrison dove unnecessarily low, but on the other hand, Scaife was a ball carrier advancing the ball down the field. Harrison has to make that tackle. I don't think it was meant to be dirty.

Scaife felt the pain, and put the ball on the ground for the Steelers to recover. The ball wasn't knocked loose, he put it on the ground. That looked pretty lame. Maybe Scaife is trying to divert the attention away from himself.

whatever dude. your just steelers fan being bias. i understand you have to stop the player from advancing. the funny thing is your all emphasizing by any means necessary. lets say me and idk packerboy were playing football. i catch the ball right and i blow past him. he only has one chance to stop " any means necessary " me. so he dives and swings his arm swiping my legs and thus causing me to fall in a downward spiral.
