Eagles RT Winston Justice To Start Sunday

Shawn Andrews is out and Winston Justice is in. The Eagles are in a pickle at right tackle with their season set to open in 24 hours at Carolina. Barring a last-minute signing, the Eagles will start Justice at right tackle to face all-pro defensive end Julius Peppers.

Peppers will get 4 sacks on McNabb. Team total for the day should be 7.
