After telling reporters at Ralph Wilson Stadium Wednesday that he "didn't want anybody to be arrested," Erie County District attorney Frank Sedita tells WBEN that he has a sworn affidavit from Leodis McKelvin saying he would like to press charges. The front lawn of the Bills Kick Returner was vandalized by two 16 year olds using spray paint. They admitted their guilty to Hamburg Police Wednesday. Source: WBEN.com
WTF? Why'd he change his mind? The article said the case would be handled in family court. WTF is that going to do? Hey Leodis.....don't be a rod!
I don't blame him, he has all right to press charges, and I'd do the same in his shoes. He has a family to protect, this will make any future offenders think twice (next week when he drops a interception to win the Bills the game, Leftwich next pass is the game winning touchdown :icon_lol:)
I would have them maintain that lawn for a year up to professional standards. Nothing straightens kids out than being forced to hard manual labor.
I don't know about a year? But that one helluva an idea mj! How about until the paint grows out of the grass?
he can always press charges to scare the crap out of the kids and then drop the charges at any time...and if he does decide to follow through I don't blame him at all. Thats his home and he should protect it and his family
