If the lions can get their run defence motivated enough...... it will be a good and close game.......... I wouldnt rule out the lions yet. That is not me talking as a lions fan either.
Indeed, sadly normal service does seem to have been resumed with 27 unanswered points for the vikes though.
we lost this game for 1 reason the Oline couldnt get a push for the run and couldnt give stafford time to throw although he wasnt hit/sacked a ton there always seemed to be a defender in the backfield a second after the snap
Similar to game 1 for the Vikings. Pretty even going into the half, and then the Vikings make some adjustments and have a good second half. Defense plays better, and the offense follows suit. Special teams has been better than last year, and if they can just start off a bit stronger, should have a strong year. I'm pretty stoked that the team is getting a change to work together with the easier schedule to start the season. Again, Favre was very efficient, even if he didn't put up 'stellar' numbers. GG Lions, was pretty close to what I said earlier in the thread.
well the lions have at least proven that they can put up a decent fight, even if it is for just 1 half. Fell apart in the second but its only game 2 Next week is the Redskins, hopefully this will be the Lions turning point.
