Jets coach Rex Ryan said today that tampering charges filed by San Francisco against the Jets in regard to unsigned 10th overall draft pick Michael Crabtree are 'not accurate' and 'not true.' "My understanding is they filed charges with the league,' Ryan said. 'I'm saying my response is it's not true. I mean, it's not accurate. It's not true, but, hey, we'll let the league figure this out." Ryan had a similar earlier in the day in an interview with ESPN radio, saying the allegations are 'ridiculous' and adding that he wished his team played the 49ers this season. "Yes, and I'll stand by that comment,' he told reporters during his afternoon news conference. 'That means we're in the Super Bowl, so I'll definitely take that." Source: Bergen Record
