The Detroit Lions host the Washington Redskins at Ford Field on Sunday 09/27. Kickoff time is 1:00 pm EST. Discuss....
a bunch of my family flew to Detroit for the game so obviously ill be rooting like hell for the lions
LIONS!!!!! if they can play like they did in the first quarter against the vikings then the lions will win no doubt. If they play like they did in the second half it will be a toss up... Witht he play calling the redskins have, I dont think they have what it takes.........
a lot of people are picking the lions in this one. the lions will probably screw it up somehow. redskins 13 lions 10
Redskins have just as much a chance of screwing it up as the lions do. Only thing is the lions have managed to score touchdowns and manage to hold the lead in the first half against the vikings. Lions also managed to score 27 points on the Saints..... Did I read it right somehwere that the Skins have gone 2 games without scoreing a touchdown? or was that a diffrent team? Redskins got lucky in their 2 point win against the Rams..... almost lost the game due to a really bad call. **********Automerged Doublepost********** I was mistaken it wasnt the skins that have not scored a touchdown yet..... I believe I was thinking of the Pats not able to yet score a TD in the first half.
Me and My lions fan from work was talking about this, half of detroit is going to miss the Lions first win in forever, I really feel this game is the one for Detroit to be cliche with a lot of people. Lions 17-13.
blacked out for lions fan in detroit...... Screw I think the NFL is getting stupid on us.... I mean look at all the fines.....
Well, I would hope so. It's only been 21 months since their last win. :laughy32: Seriously though, I'm kinda sorta pulling for Detroit in this one. Lions need love, too, right?! [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tByP3Q-zTUw&feature=player_embedded"]YouTube - NFL Players Mentor Troubled Detroit Lions[/ame]
