Watching Seth MacFarlane's Cavalcade of Cartoon Comedy right now.

Some of it is hilarious, some of it is pure crap.

 

watched Twilight again with the wife....... kinda boring the 3rd time around but probably will go see "New Moon" because I like to see diffrent movies, I like to think I am a movie buff, or was once I joined the military not so much lol.....

Also watched "Confessions of a Shopaholic"....... it was long but it keeps you entertained....... and Isla Fisher (I believe thats her name might be wrong) is adoring and funny.....

Anyone see anything good in the theatres lately? I haven't been in a few weeks.

saw rat race - stupid, but funny at times

crazy love - like a documentary - this guy couldn't be with his mistress and she was going to marry someone and he hired some guys to throw acid in her face. he went to jail, basically ruined her life, while in jail still sent her love letters and flowers and when he got out over a decade later, he kept after her and eventually she rekindled her feelings and they got married and have been married ever since, almost 30 years. While they were married he cheated on her and the girl he cheated with said he threatened to throw acid in her face like he did with his current wife. He went to trial and was acquitted, his blind wife that he was responsible for blinding even testified on his behalf and they remain together. Crazy movie, but interesting story.

 

Saw Shaun of the Dead. I enjoyed it but it was a little cliche at times. Still a fun movie though!

 

Has anyone seen Hurt Locker yet? I hear rave reviews about it.

 

Yeah The Hurt Locker is a good movie.

 

Just made it through about halfway for District 9...

Had to pause it for tomorrow...

That crap got intense real freaking quick...

just watched Dance flight........

about 5 minutes into it I shut it off then my wife who is practicly doing something else by playing DS told me "We paid 5 dollars for this, we are finishing it".

 

Wanted..... I am pretty certain I have never asked myself so many times during a movie WHY AM I STILL WATCHING THIS CRAP?
Potentially the worst movie ever made. Top 5 for sure.

Management! Ok funny for a good Sunday lazy hangover movie.

 

I went and saw Surrogates earlier in the week, not a very good movie. It was okay concept but the plot sort of turned out gay in my opinion.

 

Finished District 9, it was decent, but not great.
