yep, the texans have the worst defense in the nfl but what cost them this game in the end is kubiak having such a hard on for Chris Brown for some reason ............ it's chris freaking brown dude. you should be fired. you suck as a head coach.
It's not like Slaton was making any big plays and Slaton hasn't proven himself as a short yardage\ goal line runner. I don't think it was a bad call, Brown just needed to hold on to the ball. And firing Kubiak wouldn't make our situation any better.
Mwahahahahahahahahaha. So close Chris Brown, so close. On a more intellectual note, it was a good game. It's great to have that first win of the season out of the way. If only we could sharpen up our defence for God's sake.
ok, with the game on the line, kubiak gave the ball to a guy who has barely touched the ball the last few years. in addition, is slaton his guy or not? talk about having no confidence in a player. that is a huge kick in the nuts to slaton. and i disagree that firing kubiak wouldn't make the texans situation better. they HAVE talent on both sides of the ball. he overemphasizes his offense and neglects his defense and it shows on the field. the front office is giving him talent on the defensive side of the ball and he's just pissing it away.
I had a feeling that the jags might win it but I still bet on the texans......... note to self... go withthe gut
