NBC's Rodney Harrison joined the show to discuss the latest controversy with Terrell Owens. Dan Patrick asked him what he thought of T.O. bashing him on Twitter. Here are some of Harrison's responses: "When it comes down to it, I'm a champion. He'll never have that on his resume. He'll never be a champion. He'll look at his stats and say I was a great football player, but I was never a champion. You always have to stand up and be accountable for your actions. As a football player you have to be accountable. Regardless of whether you had 10 catches or zero catches. I'm not jealous. I'm very happy. I don't need the attention. I don't need anyone catering to my ego. I'm just a guy with my opinion. If you don't want to hear it, go out and play better." Source: Sports Illustrated
Harrison is a rod who actually believes that people care about what he says. lol @ Harrison says he doesn't need the attention...yeah riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight.
Granted Rodney doesn have a point by having two super bowl rings but seeing he's an analyst for NBC, isn't he supposed to be taking the high road?
I'ts Rodney Harrison... I don't think both hands, a map and a flashlight would allow him to even catch a glimpse of the highroad. Not in his makeup.
10 years from now both guys will look back and see how ridiculous there comments are and will forgive each other.
