Tampa Bay running back Derrick Ward (knee) was held out of practice for the third straight day due to his injury. He appears unlikely to play vs. the Redskins. In addition, center Jeff Faine (triceps), quarterback Byron Leftwich (hip), defensive lineman Kyle Moore (knee) and guard Marcus Johnson (ankle) were held out of Friday's practice. Faine and Moore have already been ruled out of Sunday's contest.

So that means he'll get 2 less yards than last week and be just as ineffective.

So much for our stable of good backs....

Tampa Bay Buccaneers = The NFL's new 0-16 team.

Good news for Earnest...he could step up and take the starting role with a good game against the Skins...
