The Mark Sanchez love-fest may have grown from an innocent crush to a full-blown obsession in just three weeks, but the Jets rookie quarterback isn’t getting the star treatment from his coaches. After a reckless game against the Titans that included a head-first plunge and pair of fumbles, head coach Rex Ryan has implored his franchise signal-caller to take better care of himself and the ball. Ryan called the carelessness “a turnover waiting to happen." Sanchez has worked on several drills at the start of practice this week to ensure he’s more careful with the ball.
