During the preseason, Bengals receiver Chad Ochocinco wore an orange chinstrap, and he received a $5,000 fine. On Sunday, he wore a black chinstrap, and he received a $10,000 fine. Ochocinco disclosed the fine Wednesday on his Twitter page. Source: ProFootballTalk.com
I understand there needs to be limits on what these guys can wear, but is there really any harm if it's team colors? All of these fines are ridiculous.
You silly joker. I'm assuming it's because it's the second time this season, or because it's the regular season now? Where's his tweet?
Now what if it was a pink chin strap during an October game? would he get a fine? this is dumb. Does the color of the chin strap really affect players?
