A Nevada judge has denied a motion to dismiss a lawsuit accusing Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger of raping a woman at a hotel-casino at Lake Tahoe. Washoe District Judge Brent Adams also refused a request by a lawyer for the two-time Super Bowl champ to sanction the woman's attorney for pursuing the case without sufficient evidence. The judge said in a one-page order Thursday that lawyer Cal Dunlap has met the minimal standards required to avoid the imposition of sanctions in his representation of a former host at Harrah's Lake Tahoe hotel-casino.

If it was all true dont you think that the lawyer could have come up with more than just the "minimum requirements to avoid sanctions?"

please sounds like a gold digger operation gone bad to me

Yeah, agree here. And the fact that some of her fellow employees have been working with Ben's attorney saying how she bragged about going to dinner with him. Also included is the fact that she sent emails the day after the alleged rape took place saying she was going to dinner that night with him. That doesn't sound like stuff that you would say after you were raped.
