According to the Detroit News, there is a chance that injured wide receiver Calvin Johnson could play after the Lions Week 8 bye. Quarterback Matt Stafford could also be ready to play in Week 9, but Coach Jim Schwartz isn't really coming out and saying anything definitive on either player. Sounds like this is just the most optimistic scenario for the Lions, and what the team is hoping will come to pbutt.

Ya with the exception of last year the lions have a pretty good record for winning games on Thanksgiving..... Its against Green bay again and we all saw what happened last time.

I think things will turn around, its thanksgiving which seems to give the lions a little extra push, plus I am sure that they wont underestimate Green Bay again.

Sorry if I went a little off topic, kinda on some vicodin right now lol.
