Will Kerry Collins or Vince Young start at quarterback for the Titans against the Jaguars on Sunday? Titans coach Jeff Fisher said after today's practice that he wouldn't make an announcement until Thursday, neither Collins nor Young spoke to the media after Wednesday's practice.
