Raiders DT Tommy Kelly Missing From Practice

    The Raiders began practice at something much closer to full strength Monday, although defensive tackle Tommy Kelly was not present. Kelly was not listed as injured or ill during last week’s bye week practice sessions. The Raiders signed defensive tackle William Joseph Monday after flying him in last Friday.
