Ex-Packer Gilbert Brown said the loss to Tampa was bad enough, but blamed the two losses to the Vikings and ex-Packers QB Brett Favre for derailing Green Bay's season. Brown said of the Vikings' impact to WSSP radio in Milwaukee: "Everybody on that team stole our swagger. Took our quarterback. Took our heart on Lambeau Field. Took our heart in front of millions of fans on TV. Then you go out and lose to a 0-7 team. The debacle started when they played the Vikings right there. The two Vikings games crushed the season." Brown laid the blame squarely on McCarthy and Thompson. "Somebody has to step up and fix that and the head coach is the guy that is supposed to take care of everything," he said. "When he can't, he turns around and he's supposed to have Ted standing right behind him to fix it as well. It starts with them two guys. -- Sean Leahy

I agree 100% with Brown. I am so sick of hearing McCarthy say the same heckin thing week after week. He took a 13-3 team two years ago and turned them into the laughing stock of the NFL. TT is distroying this team and if Murphey can't see that, maybe it's time for him to go too.
