Browns head coach Eric Mangini said quarterback Brady Quinn will start Sunday in Detroit despite the 16-0 loss to the Ravens and his 23.5 passer rating. He said he thought Quinn did a nice job operating the no-huddle and managing all the personnel groups. Mangini lamented the two interceptions that helped cost the Browns the game. "[The passes would have been] challenging catches. I think they both had a chance to be caught. It could have gone either way. I would have liked the ball to be thrown better. I would have liked the catch to be made. The worst-case scenario is to have the ball batted up. Nothing good ever happens from that."

With the way Quinn and Anderson play it makes wonder how bad Brett Ratliff is to be sitting 3rd in that group.
