Four games into his rookie season with the 49ers, Michael Crabtree is contributing nicely with 18 receptions for 215 yards, but it's the two passes he's dropped thus far that keep the wide receiver up at night. Crabtree dropped a pass at Indianapolis and another against Chicago. He also fumbled after making a catch in the Colts game and has seen three passes intended for him turn into interceptions, two of them on tipped balls. "It bothers me," he said of the drops. "Sometimes I can't sleep at night when I drop passes. I keep it with me so when the game comes I think about it and (try to) make plays." Source: San Francisco Chronicle
Must say he's much more likable as a young receiver taking responsibility than a prima donna 1st round hold-out. lol
good for him...he wants to be better and make up for lost time and not let his team down. that hold out doesnt seem to mean much now
you are both correct. so far, the things he's saying and his effort on the field appear to be legit, which is good because i think most people were expecting him to fail immediately.
