The Packers confirmed that CB Al Harris and LB Aaron Kampman suffered season-ending injuries in Sunday's win against the 49ers. Harris and Kampman both left Sunday's win with knee injuries. "It will be a big challenge for our football team," coach Mike McCarthy said Monday. "Both Aaron and Al have meant a lot to us, our football team. Both have over 100-plus starts. Just thinking about it walking down here after visiting with Aaron, not seeing 74 and 31 in the huddle, it's going to be different." The Packers will have to regroup quickly, as they will play the Lions on Thursday at 12:30 ET. Source: USA Today
Eh, kampmans not really a big loss, desmond bishop and brad jones can step in and pick up the play..and regarding harris, Tramon Williams can definitely step in for him. I dont expect this to have TOO big of an impact.
I do. You could see the difference right away after Harris went out, the 9er's went right after Williams and the Pack is lucky they did not lose that game.
al harris has been the man for the last few years, way underrated.......... kampman will be playing for a different team next year, if hes healthy........ i think tramon williams is going to step his game up, teams will def try and pick on him, but i really think this is the kind of thing thats going to bring the d back together and get things back on track to make a run at a wild card spot.
