Detroit Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford is unlikely to play Thursday against Green Bay. But he apparently does not have a long-term injury. Coach Jim Schwartz said today Stafford suffered an AC joint separation in his left shoulder and that test results did not indicate it's an injury Schwartz would consider significant. Daunte Culpepper would start at quarterback if Stafford can't play vs. the Packers.

damn that sucks for him, he just got a little momentum putting on a show for everyone against the browns and once he gets a rhythm going hes out again. hope its not a sign of whats to come for his career, always being injured. favre and manning never miss a game in their career, stafford misses like 4 in the first half of his rookie season with 2 different injuries
