High School Football Player Dies From Practice

    Thats really sad what do they mean his lungs were filling with fluid how does that happen?

    That is kind of vague. How did the injury occur? Crap like this just shouldn't go down. So sad

    Terrible story, and terrible for his parents and family... Nevermind more protection for the NFL players, how about more rules and better equipment to prevent stuff like this happening to amatuer athletes and more importantly kids. I really don't care too much about all the initiative in the NFL to take away contact but in High School ball and with kids whos bodies aren't fully developed theres a big problem.

  11. probably squashed his lungs, that happened to a friend of mine in high school, he got slammed from the front and the back at the same time, unconscious immediately, lungs filled with fluid and he was choking up blood. all it takes is a hit in the right spot. R.I.P

    ps. my friend survived, but i can only imagine he wished he hadn't
