Minnesota's Percy Harvin has been named the NFL's top offensive rookie for the month of November. Harvin has excelled as a receiver, runner and return specialist for the 10-1 Vikings this season. During November, the former Florida standout caught 19 passes for 317 yards with three touchdowns, ran four times for 54 yards and averaged 29.9 yards on eight kick returns. Source: Sports Network
