Dallas Cowboys tackle Flozell Adams was fined $50,000 for his hit on Justin Tuck during Sunday's loss to the New York Giants, according to a league source. The fine, very significant for any player with an on-field conduct issue, came after Adams was repeatedly hit with other fines for illegal infractions. Adams has a history with Tuck and had already amassed $25,000 in fines this season, leading to serious discussions by league officials about suspending him. Source: Jason La Canfora, NFL.com
It's Christmas and things are expensive....:lmao: Different yes but Ochocinco is just throwing the rules back in the NFL's face because he can afford the fines, no matter how stupid and ridiculous the rules are Chad is breaking them repeatedly so the fines will rise.
I love the Cowboys, I really do, but Flozell needs to be suspended for at least a few games so he can realize that he isn't immune to it. He is getting ballsy with what he is doing. See what I don't understand is where all the money is freaking going. Because they sure arent showing improvement in anything due to the huge amounts of fines. Goodell is pocketing the crap haha.
I could have seen them suspending him for a game or even having and extra 0 behind the amount but I guess they have rules setup for this and have to follow those rules. I would hope the NFL is getting HDTV for the reply booths because there are a lot of times I just cant not believe what the Refs see when they make some of the calls they do. Maybe glass for Refs would be cheaper but there is still 4 games left this season so Flo and 8 5 could still chip in some more and maybe get them plasma screens.
Truth. Such bullcrap. For a freaking sombrero? This one was justified. A bit steep if you ask me, but justified. The Ochocinco one is pathetic.
Tuck, take out his knee dude. Don't try and wrestle the tubby bastard to the ground through his upper body. Sheit.
