I believe that would be one of the terms included in the new CBA, if they can come to an agreement on one by the spring of 2010.

Al Davis is committed to Al Davis' Ideology, which hasn't changed in decades. The NFL has evolved, Davis and the Raiders haven't.

 

know thats your opinion but thats how its been the last 7 sesons now. Its ALs way or your out the door every raider fan knows that until we get a good coach who understands that it will never change or until al gets out of the way. we have the players to be explosive we just need a new system to be put in place.

 

I don't see the Raiders using another high 1st on a QB this upcoming draft, they'll probably go with a vet and hope to groom Russell, and next year they don't have a 1st. So I don't think Russell is going anywhere. Al probably thinks Russell can still turn it around.
