Detroit Lions running back Kevin Smith will undergo season-ending surgery on his left knee, coach Jim Schwartz confirmed today. According to Schwartz, Smith tore at least one ligament in his knee. The extent of the damage won't be known until surgeons perform the procedure. Source: MLive.com
