Lions RB Kevin Smith "Very Unlikely" To Be Ready For 2010 Opener

    Crowned Doesn't give a shit.

    The Lions consider RB Kevin Smith "very" unlikely to be ready for Week 1 in 2010. Smith may not be 100% until 2011, which could change the Lions draft philosophy. Smith suffered the knee injury against the Baltimore Ravens in week 14 and the ligament damage will require surgery.

    Doubt it. The Lions have much more pressing needs, even though losing Kevin Smith is a mighty big blow.
