Tory Humphrey has been signed by the Saints. He was waived by the Packers during training camp. Obviously, he will have a very minimal role with the team the next two weeks. Humphrey suffered a broken arm during Packers training camp on August 7, 2009 after being hit by safety Aaron Rouse. Humphrey underwent successful surgery following the injury, but has been ruled out by head coach Mike McCarthy for the rest of the 2009 season.
