Steelers SS Troy Polamalu Ruled Out For Week 16 Vs. Ravens

    Steelers Safety Troy Polamalu said the results of a magnetic resonance imaging on his injured knee were "encouraging," but added that it is unlikely he will return to practice this week, meaning he will not play Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens. Polamalu has missed the past six games with a strain to the posterior cruciate ligament in his left knee, an injury that can take up to six weeks to heal.

    I agree with you Ward. Rest up. If we make it great, we get you back, but if we don't make it, we will have you 100% for next year.

    this will make an interesting match up with reed out again. And Ben starting. Not saying it will be much different, but the offense won't have to be playing not to lose the game with Ben in there. The game plan was much the same as when Ben had to come in for Tommy Gunn.. Conservative.
