    Chiefs linebacker Derrick Johnson has been named the AFC defensive player of the week by the National Football League. Johnson played a key role in Kansas City's 44-24 victory at Denver on Sunday. He tied an NFL record by returning two passes for touchdowns.

    I thought the "crapty" field at Reliant would have gotten it for injuring Wes Welker, but Johnson deserves it.
