If Brett Favre does retire, the Vikings will need a quarterback and nobody appreciates what Donovan McNabb brings to the table more than their head coach, Brad Childress, who coached the guy for 7 years in Philly, Childress is well aware of McNabb’s accuracy flaws, but he’s a big “respect-for-the-football†guy, who always has loved the fact that McNabb won’t throw a lot of interceptions. Then there are the Browns, whose new general manager - Tom Heckert - is the Eagles’ old one, the Browns were the worst passing team in the league this season, finished last in passing yards, last in yards per attempt and last in completion percentage and didn’t finish last in touchdown passes, but that’s only because the Raiders were dumb enough to give JaMarcus Russell nine starts. The minute the Eagles put the word out that McNabb is for sale, Heckert will be dialing up Reid. Source: Philadelphia Daily News
Why the hell would the Vikings want another Diva to try and run the show? Or is it a way for Brad Childress to hide his complete incompetance as a coach?
I think its pretty well documented that it is the city of Philadelphia that is the diva - not McNabb. And Childress was doing a fine job until he got Favre'd.
Mcnabb would be pretty mad if he went to the browns lol. Dont want him to go there i rather see him go to the vikings so if the eagles went out i could root for him to win a superbowl.
Crap, Siberia has some pretty damn crapty food man. I think a Dairy Queen might actually work great out there. :icon_cheesygrin:
I don't care where he goes. If he stays in the NFC, I'd love to see him throwing dirtballs against the Eagles.
So would any above average QB make our team better. Look at our QB's so anything slightly better than what we have would make us better so thats really not saying much:icon_rolleyes::icon_cheesygrin:
Childress has been close to getting the chop a few times, and I've yet to hear a Viking fan talk positively of the job he's done.
