FOXSports.com has learned that the Broncos head coach Josh McDaniels and defensive coordinator Mike Nolan have "mutually decided" to part ways. The Broncos defense was 29th the year before McDaniels and Nolan arrived in Denver. Under Nolan's coaching, the unit shot all the way up, finishing 7th and ranked in the top 3 of most defensive categories for most of the season. Source: FOX Sports on MSN

We're rumored to be switching(or atleast contemplating it). The guys a great DC he'll have success where ever he goes. So what's the reason 4 him leaving?
McDaniels is an idiot who doesn't realize when you have a coach who took a team with basically nothing on defense and turn them into a decent squad, you should bring him back.
So, I know we thought it for this season, though they still didn't make the playoffs, but what are the chances of the Broncos being perennial losers now?
