Many draft experts have Nebraska defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh at the top of the Rams rankings, the 6-foot-4, 300-pound Suh had a team-high 85 tackles, including 24 for a loss, 12 sacks, 26 quarterback hits, one interception and one forced fumble this season for the Cornhuskers. Rams coach Steve Spagnuolo avoided the question when asked about Suh on Monday. “Let me get though this day first,†Spagnuolo said. “Billy and I have got to sit down. I haven’t had a chance to look at any college players.†Having a clear-cut No. 1 player would bring more value to the No. 1 pick. And, that could create more interest from teams wanting to trade for that pick. Source: Belleville News-Democrat
Interesting... I wonder if they will be able to ditch it. Suh is a baller but that is a lot of cheese to pay for a DT.
Agreed...and there are two DTs that are slated to go 1 and 2 in some mock drafts. I would have to see something overly special to go with a DT. If i were the Rams I would trade out of that spot. I could also be wrong and Suh could turn out to be a dominate player...so who knows. That is why I love the draft!
