Apparently, Brett Favre's rendition of "Pants on the Ground" wasn't a good enough rallying cry for Prince. The singer-songwriter authored a new fight song for the Vikings this week -- titled Purple and Gold -- after watching the team defeat the Cowboys last weekend in the Metrodome. Prince told Fox TV in Minneapolis that he wrote the song the night after the game. "I saw the future," he told the station. Source: USA Today
