WWE wrestler Chris Jericho and Greg Helms were arrested at a gas station in Kentucky early Wednesday morning after cops say they were both "extremely intoxicated" in public. Helms allegedly smacked several people including a woman. LINK

Wouldn't surprise me if Helms gets the chop after this, he's been a non-factor since his Cruiserweight Championship run and the WWE won't take this crap from a ECW jobber, especially with all their PG crape. Jericho will get away with it, and Hardy probably the same.
From reading the report, Jericho didn't really do anything wrong. He's one of the ones Helms hit. Sounds like they were in a cab, stopped somewhere to grab something to snack on and this altercation happened
The situation was overblown. Jericho/Helms were play fighting and the girl accidentally got elbowed in the face. lol. and Hardy was reportedly completely sober.
