Packers To Replace SS Atari Bibgy Via The Draft?

Pete Dougherty of the Green Bay Press-Gazette speculates the Packers might look for an upgrade over SS Atari Bigby. Bigby’s incessant injuries have diminished his talent and rendered him unreliable, so he’s probably not the answer as the starter opposite Nick Collins. This is a position where general manager Ted Thompson might find a viable starter after the first rush of signings in free agency or in the first round or two of the draft.

I would think only from GB fans that didn't want Favre as a Viking

 

Not on this issue HH. Bigby has been a liability for last 2 yrs. He sucks...hes a hard hitter but thats about it. I have a good feeling about this years draft for the packers. We are only a few players away from a SB.

 

My dad is a Packer fan and he has a hatred for Ted Thompson that I can't even explain in words. Part of it was letting Favre walk...but not nearly all of it.

Olly...our dbs are not THAT bad. Jarret bush is garbage, and so is bigby. You have to remember that we lost like 3 starting cbs to injury this year..

 

chad jones would be a good pick for the packers
