Scout.com's Adam Caplan reports via twitter that the Saints have signed fullback Zak Keasey, formerly of the 49ers. Keasey played three seasons for the 49ers, appearing in a total of nineteen games with three starts. The 49ers released Keasey with an injury settlement after breaking his forearm during a 2009 preseason game against the Broncos and was out of football during the '09 season.
