Cowboys OT Flozell Adams Set To Make $7.5M In 2010

Discussion in 'Dallas Cowboys' started by BigBlueBruiser, Mar 1, 2010.

  1. When asked about left tackle Flozell Adams, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones paused for 14 seconds before he formed an answer. "If we could have a season like that out of him [again] this year, it would be great," Jones said. "I was very pleased with his season. "But certainly, that's the question mark. That's when you have decisions to make right there, can you get a year like that out of him." Adams turns 35 in May and is scheduled to make $7.5 million. Those factors, coupled with the emergence of Doug Free, spark an internal debate about Adams' value to the club.

Please Jerry get rid of Flozell. Also...Doug Free is a solid player but not someone you consider a cornerstone left tackle...so please shore up the offensive line with some nice young talent!

He is dirty because he is so damn old he can't block like he used to. Flo has resorted to leg whipping because he is too damn slow and lazy to stay low and block.
