Cowboys Assistant Jason Garrett Still The Head Coach-In-Waiting?

Discussion in 'Dallas Cowboys' started by BigBlueBruiser, Mar 2, 2010.

  1. David Moore of The Dallas Morning News says that Cowboys owner Jerry Jones won't dump offensive coordinator Jason Garrett and believes Garrett is still the head coach-in-waiting. "Jones likes what Garrett brings to the table," Moore said. "I still think the odds are in his favor that he will be the Cowboys coach once Wade Phillips' tenure is over."

PLEASE GOD NO!!! Garrett is notorious for not making halftime adjustments...he stubbornly sticks to his gameplan and hopes it will eventually work.

"Ok, 1st and goal in the 1 yard line...let's call 3 passes and kick a FG...I hope this guy makes it"
