Raiders Place First And Third Round Tender On CB Stanford Routt

According to Scout.com’s Adam Caplan, the Raiders will issue a first-and-third round tender to cornerback Stanford Routt. That means if any team wanted to sign Routt and the Raiders declined to match, they’d get first and third-round draft picks in return. Routt is not even a starter.
