ESPN's Adam Schefter is reporting the Raiders have released WR Javon Walker and DE Greg Ellis today. Walker signed a six-year, $55 million contract two years ago but only scored one touchdown in two seasons. Ellis signed a three year contract with the team last offseason but finished the year with only five sacks.

Greg Ellis still has value to teams. Walker is probably done or a #4 WR at best. I'd say the Dolphins would be interested but I don't think they are cause they have Wake.

Either Al Davis is confident in Matt Shaugnessy, or he's drafting a Defensive End.

I wanted the Pats to sign Ellis last year due to his experience in the 3-4. My opinion hasn't changed, I hope they give him a look.

Ellis still has a lot of value as a Nickle rusher

Ellis could still play, too bad, but im really high on Shaughnessy, dude came out of no where and brought it every down.
