According to a report by Don Banks of SI.com from the NFL owners meetings, Banks detailed the high level of concern that teams have regarding draft prospects and marijuana this year. The number of college players who are admitting in interviews to past use of marijuana and/or failed drug tests for marijuana in college is at an all-time high. Banks cites one personnel man saying 10 or 11 players on his team’s draft board with first-round grades have been red-flagged for marijuana use and one head coach told Banks “one-third” of the players on his team’s board have some level of marijuana use in their history. Screw LA. NorCal growers supply the LA dispensaries by and large, and NorCal got 215 on the ballot back in the day before anyone else was even close. It's funny that the Humboldt/NorCal growers have been the people making all this possible since before anyone even thought it was, and they are now the ones who, already hurt by the current level of legalization, will be in large part effectively put out of business BY legalization.
Hell arnold tax pot lets pot offenders out fix problem even the next generation are admitting it because is not a big thing anymore (wake up and light up)
