Rumors that the Eagles will deal quarterback Donovan McNabb have intensified the past two days with teams like the Rams and Raiders being mentioned as possible landing spots. The Vikings, however, clearly are waiting for Brett Favre to decide if he will return and it appears they won't get involved in the McNabb talks. In fact, an NFL source said this week at the NFL owners meetings in Orlando that while McNabb almost certainly would be dealt, the Vikings would not be in the mix. Source: Minneapolis Star-Tribune
Why would the Vikings want to deal with that drama queen Favre when they could have McNabb. Oh wait... Seriously though, if you are willing to deal with a diva at QB, take the 34-year old diva who has several years still left in his career than the 40-year old who may not even come back.
I dont see why the Eagles would want McNabb when and if Favre comes back they got him. I would understand if Favre doesnt come back go for McNabb
If he gets sent to Oakland or Buffalo w/o a contract extension, McNabb will land in Minnesota next year...bank it.
