Miami Dolphins general manager Jeff Ireland has called linebacker Jason Taylor's agent one time this offseason, but that was about college players. Taylor's name didn't come up during the conversation nearly two months ago and Ireland hasn't called back since. Coach Tony Sparano, who had a great relationship with Taylor even during the Dancing With The Stars saga two years ago, also had not returned Taylor's messages as of Wednesday morning. Come on Jeff call him already we could definately use him to our benefit to help whoever we draft this year...:icon_thumleft:
If JT is willing to take less money and mentor some of the young guys, then I'll take him. But, if he expects to start and not be a 'rotation guy' as well as cost us more than an incentive laden contract, then it might not be worth it.
