Head coach Tony Sparano feels the Dolphins need their contributors to increase their contribution; they need their players with grand potential to finally tap that potential. Nose tackle Paul Soliai must prove he's more than an understudy to Jason Ferguson. "Paul's one of these guys [we're talking about], one of these players that you hope will take the next step,'' Sparano said. "Paul Soliai is one of them and you can write that down. This guy got better for us at the end of the season last year, he really did. He started to learn what was important and there's more learning to be done and there's more things from a physical standpoint to be done. So I'd hope that he would take the next step because he does have some ability.''

Solial is a guy that gets in the way and occasionally falls into a productive play. I'm not 100% sold on him. I'd want the Fins to take another DT in the draft with that #12 pick unless Eric Berry falls, of course.
