The Redskins will conduct a private workout in South Bend, Ind., with quarterback Jimmy Clausen on April 15, according to a league source. The former Notre Dame star is widely considered the second-best quarterback prospect in the draft. Although former Oklahoma star Sam Bradford is viewed as the top overall player, and he solidified his status as such at his pro day Monday, Bradford did not play in a pro-style offense as Clausen did with the Fighting Irish. This makes more sense to me than the Skins taking Berry at the #4. Although, if they trade back a couple of spots with Seattle, let's say then they can pick Berry and Seahawks get Clausen.
