Ex-Bears DE Alex Brown Could Land In New Orleans?

    Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune reports on his Twitter page that recently released defensive end Alex Brown could land with the New Orleans Saints. Brown was one of the Bears better defensive players last season as he racked up six sacks and 48 tackles last season. While the Saints would be a good landing spot for him, expect there to be a lot of competition for this capable pass rusher.

    It's 100% obvious that money was the issue here. If that wasn't the case, Alex Brown would still be a Bear. I was really looking foward to seeing Julius Peppers at Left DE and Alex Brown at Right DE.
