Seahawks Trade OG Rob Sims To The Lions

    Adam Schefter of ESPN reports via twitter that the Seattle Seahawks have traded restricted free agent offensive guard Rob Sims to the Detroit Lions. Schefter writes that once paperwork is complete, and it still will be another couple of hours, Detroit will trade a fifth round draft pick to Seattle for Sims. Schefter also writes that Sims now will become the favorite to start at left guard in Detroit.

    He will fit in well at Guard in the Lions scheme. If they draft Okung, and have a line consisting of Okung, Backus, Raiola, Sims, Cherilus, then Matt Stafford could live up to his potential!
